How Does Distance Reiki Work?

Although working directly with the body would be ideal, your voice and thoughts also vibrate your current energy. Through distance healing, communication is one of the biggest factors in the session, creating a safe environment for you to share whatever it is you’d like to express. With the subtle clues found in your chart, your thoughts, and your voice, we perform Reiki and distribute re-balancing throughout your chakras and body.

Ultimately, the agreement to improve yourself while processing thought patterns allows your body to receive new energy and create more balance in body and mind. I perform distance Reiki on my end, a practice through the idea of (space and time) while you relax. Together, we set the intention and begin the process. 

How To Prepare

Make sure you find a place that is comfortable with little to no noise so you can focus on relaxing. If possible, wear comfortable clothing so you can be relaxed and have an area where you can lie down. Give yourself the comfort of a pillow or blankets and have water nearby. Light music will be playing in the background.
